CONSULTANT AND RESEARCHER

Job Description:
  • Update and analyze property market database of the assigned sector.
  • Develop relationship with data source and related development contacts.
  • Prepare quarterly research paper and presentation material of the assigned sector.
  • Assist Consultant undertake consultancy assignment with full supervision.
Requirements :

  • Ability to analyze property/statistical data
  • Possess superior analytical, report writing, presentation, and computer skills
  • Has positive “can-do” attitude
  • Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Real Estate/Architecture background preferred
