We are currently seeking for highly qualified candidate to fill the position within our companies as:

HR TRAINEE (STAFF EDUCATION PROGRAM)

REQUIREMENT:

• Male / Female or Female, min 27 years old.
• Min S1 graduated, Majoring Statistic from reputable university (GPA min. 2.75 scale of 4).
• Fresh Graduate are welcome or min 3 years experience as compensation benefit staff (will be advantage in oil & Gas Industry)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Interpersonal Skill, Peer Relation, Motivating others, Business acumen, Adaptability, Stress management.
