OBJECTIVE
To ensure the operational administrative and all aspect of Compensation and Benefit are well maintained.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum S1 degree from Reputable University, prefer from Financial Management or Accounting
- Familiar with payroll system and income tax calculation
- Familiar with salary survey process and result
- Familiar with employee benefit arrangement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill

- High attention to detail
- Strong Teamwork and interpersonal skill
- Good communication skill, both English and Bahasa Indonesia, verbal and written
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
