- Having Pengawas Operasional Pertama (6 – 10 and 12- 17).
- Having Pengawas Operasional Madya (1- 4)
- More than 3 years of working experience in the same position
- Minimum S1 in related study (1 - 11) and Minimum D3 in related study (12 - 22)
