Requirements :
- Graduate in Mining Engineering or Geology (Bachelor degree/ S1)
- Min 10 years experiences in the mining industry, with 3 years as Mine Superintendent.
- Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application.
Plant Manager-Jakarta based (Code: PL-M)
This is individual will be expected to provide strategies for ensuring maintenance on all sites is performed in a safe and efficient manner and with due consideration to the environment, provide the controls and mechanisms to the Project Managers to enable him to ensure inventory levels are at a optimum level and continue to trend down without adverse effects on production Optimize Company assets by providing guidance and strategy as it pertains to maximum return on capital invested in plant and or equipmentThe following skills and abilities are required:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- At least 10 years experience at a senior level as a plant manager
- Mining experience essential, providing extensive maintenance experience and application is proven.
- Experience of having worked both strategically /operationally
- Management experience in an industry open pit mining is a distinct advantage.
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with database management system such as SAP, Datastream or Mincom.
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness
- Trustworthy and reliable character
Mine Technical Superintendent – Site area (Code: MTSUPT)
Requirements :
- Graduate in Mining Engineering or Geology (Bachelor degree/ S1)
- Min 5 years experiences is similar role in the mining industry
- Able to operate Minescape or Minex Software
Plant Superintendent – Site area (Code: PSUPT)
Requirements :
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor degree/ S1)
- Min 4 years experiences in the maintaining mining equipment
- Familiar with wide range heavy equipment maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi & Volvo.
- Experience in the maintenance management and system
