Terminal Manager PT Verity HR

Our client is one of the leading petroleum terminal in Jakarta. They are seeking dynamic and highly qualified individuals to head and manage team.

Key Responsibilities:

    * Overall accountability for all activities in the terminal.
    * Drive SHEQ standards in the terminal.
    * Manage terminal operating/capex budget.
    * Improvement in terminal operating efficiency.
    * Lead in the implementation of organizational objectives and initiatives.
    * Ensure smooth interactions with key external customers.
    * Manage key inter-departmental working relationships.
    * Facilitate and grow internal capability (breath and depth development of skills and knowledge of personnel) by ensuring long term development of personnel across the organization to ensure optimal resource allocation.
    * Assures compliance of all terminal operations with company policies and governmental regulations.

Requirements:

    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or Engineering (Chemical).
    * At least 10 years of working experience and the past 5 years as Manager for O&G Terminal.
    * Good knowledge of operations, site and terminal capacity.
    * Good product knowledge.
    * Keen awareness of underlying customer needs and prevailing industry / market trends and practices.
    * Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress critical.
    * Depth and breadth of general managerial experience.
    * Demonstrated leadership and people management skills critical.
    * Preferably Senior Management/General Manager specializing in petroleum distributions or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
    * 1 Full-Time position available.
