Site Coordinator
Reports To (Position): Regional Manager & Operation Manager
Location: Kalimantan Timur
Key Relationships:
Site Coordinator will work closely with the PT dnx Indonesia - Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific project management team, dnx Indonesia Operations Manager, the project joint venture partner/customer, and owner of the site facility infrastructure where our operations will be located
Role Competencies:
* Ensure all project planning, engineering, construction and commissioning activities achieve the required performance in HS&E, compliance with project management policies.
* Effective development of a solid professional working relationship with all related Joint Venture, customer and support contractors personnel.
* Provide input to the operational team, and manage as required to ensure operability of proposed facilities and operational plans.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of the regulatory standards and permitting process.
* Perform other related duties as required including hands-on operation of plant and bulk equipment.
* Install sustainable maintenance program with definition of minimum safety stocks of critical spare parts for plants and operations, organized purchasing of spare parts from local and overseas vendors, setup of SAP purchasing systems, and management of outsourced and in-house mechanical services etc.
Technical Competencies:
* Education: Appropriate Bachelor’s degree in Mining
* Experience: with a minimum of 3 years experience; equivalent education and /or experience will certainly be considered.
* Technical:
- Possess organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, team-based environment.
- Experience in bulk truck operation
- Experience in organizational development, contract management
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a diverse team to deliver on budget, schedule and quality targets.

Responsibilities:
1. Menyusun program kerja & anggaran.
2. Melaksanakan rencana promosi usaha dan pemasaran sesuai dengan pedoman promosi usaha yang ditetapkan.
3. Mengelola produk-produk perkreditan dan jasa sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan, termasuk kegiatan yang mencakup :
* Melakukan analisis dan penilaian yang menyeluruh atas permohonan kredit sehingga proses pelaksanaan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.
* Mengidentifikasikan adanya masalah kualitas perkreditan yang potensial.
* Memantau perkembangan usaha dan kegiatan rekening nasabah yang ditanganinya terutama yang berkaitan dengan penggunaannya.
4. Mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan yang sehat dengan Mitra Kerja dan Nasabah.
5. Menghimpun dan mencari sumber dana baru dengan jalan mempromosikan produk dan jasa rupiah kepada Penyimpan Dana dan memantau hasil sesuai dengan rencananya.
6. Mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan operasional dan non operasional sehari-hari yang ada di bawahnya, termasuk kegiatan yang mencakup :
* Pengecekan terus-menerus agar kondisi dan kecepatan kerja terpelihara sesuai dengan standard operating prosedure (SOP).
* Memonitor bidang-bidang yang beresiko tinggi untuk menyakinkan bahwa kekayaan perusahaan selalu terjaga dan resiko selalu dapat dihindarkan.
* Mengambil langkah-langkah penangkalan yang dilakukan untuk mencegah kebobolan dan penyalahgunaan bidang operasional.
7. Mengecek terus-menerus apakah kecepatan dan kondisi kerja terpelihara sesuai standard operating prosedure (SOP).
8. Membuat ukuran performansi dan sasaran setiap unit dan setiap bawahan serta memantau perkembangan dan mengambil tindakan korektif bila diperlukan.
Requirements:
* Pria/Wanita Pendidikan S1.
* Usia maksimal max. 35 tahun
* Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan analisa yang baik
* Bisa computer (Internet dan MS-Office)
* Dapat berbahasa inggris aktif
* Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan target oriented
* Komunikatif dan persuasif
* Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan Perbankan / BPR/Jasa Keuangan minimal 3 tahun
* Berpengalaman dalam mengkoordinir tim berjumlah 8-10 orang
* Memiliki portfolio dan Customerbase yang prospektif
